Maison Yves – Bespoke Services Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all bespoke and made-to-measure services provided by Maison Yves.

By placing an order or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

2. Bespoke Services

All garments are individually designed and produced according to the client's measurements, specifications, and approved design concepts.

As each garment is bespoke, variations may occur between sketches, samples, and the final finished piece.

3. Consultations

Consultations may be conducted in person or remotely.

Design discussions, sketches, and quotations are provided based on information supplied by the client.

4. Measurements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements where measurements are not taken directly by Maison Yves.

Maison Yves cannot be held responsible for fitting issues arising from inaccurate measurements supplied by the client.

5. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No materials will be purchased and no production work will commence until the deposit has been received.

6. Payments

The remaining balance must be paid before final collection or dispatch of the garment.

Maison Yves reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received.

7. Design Changes

Requests for significant design changes after approval may incur additional charges and may affect delivery timelines.

Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed before work continues.

8. Lead Times

Estimated completion dates are provided as guidance only.

Maison Yves will make every effort to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee completion dates where delays occur due to factors beyond reasonable control.

9. Fittings and Alterations

Clients must attend scheduled fittings where required.

Minor adjustments identified during agreed fittings may be included.

Additional alterations requested after completion may be charged separately.

10. Cancellations

If a client cancels a commission after work has commenced, all deposits and payments made are non-refundable.

Where materials have been purchased or work has been completed, Maison Yves reserves the right to recover associated costs.

11. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of bespoke and made-to-measure garments, completed commissions are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All sketches, concepts, designs, photographs, and creative materials produced by Maison Yves remain the intellectual property of Maison Yves unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Photography

Maison Yves may photograph completed garments for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

14. Liability

Maison Yves shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.
