Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design and will be discussed during the consultation process.

Estimated completion dates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

Ready-to-Wear Items

Where ready-to-wear products are available, orders are generally processed within 3–5 working days.

Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Orders

Bespoke garments require consultation, design development, fittings, and production.

Lead times typically range between 6–12 weeks, although larger or more complex commissions may require additional time.

Delivery Options

Available delivery options will be confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery methods may include:

  • UK tracked delivery

  • International tracked delivery

  • Collection by appointment

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package size, and delivery method.

Applicable costs will be communicated before final payment.

International Deliveries

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
