Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Garments

Due to the personalised nature of bespoke and made-to-measure garments, all bespoke commissions are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

This includes garments created using the client's measurements, specifications, or approved design concepts.

Deposits

Deposits paid for bespoke commissions are non-refundable.

Materials, design work, and production planning begin upon acceptance of a commission.

Fittings

Clients are responsible for attending agreed fittings where required.

Any fitting concerns should be raised during the fitting process to allow adjustments to be made before completion.

Included Alterations

Minor adjustments identified during agreed fittings may be included as part of the bespoke service.

The scope of included alterations will depend on the individual commission.

Additional Alterations

Alterations requested after final approval, collection, or delivery may incur additional charges.

Additional alteration work will be quoted separately.

Ready-to-Wear Items

If Maison Yves offers ready-to-wear products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn

  • The item is unaltered

  • Original tags remain attached

  • The item is returned in its original condition

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Approval

Returns must be authorised before being sent back.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
